Considering this a case of intentional violation of regulations in epidemic prevention work, this afternoon (April 1), the Commune People's Committee and the Public Security Department called Le Vu K. to work and issued a decision to administratively fine him 300,000 VND for not complying with the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.

During the working process, K. admitted the violation and committed to comply with the regulations.

On April 1, Hong Son Ward Police (Vinh City) and Kim Son Town Police (Que Phong District) also fined 2 people for not wearing masks in public places with a fine of 200,000 VND/person.
