Improving the leadership capacity of Party committees in protecting the Party's ideological foundation

In recent times, under the leadership ofCommunist Party of Vietnam, we have achieved many important results, gathered the great national unity bloc, mobilized a large number of forces to unite around the Party, had appropriate content and methods of effective leadership and direction, defeated many insidious tricks of the enemy to protect the Party, protect the regime, and protect the cause of innovation and national construction.

However, “peaceful evolution” is a long-term strategy of hostile forces, a global offensive strategy of imperialism and hostile forces, aiming to destroy socialism and the international communist movement in conditions where military victory is impossible. This strategy is implemented by using a combination of sophisticated and insidious sabotage methods and tricks, including military deterrence measures, taking place in all political-ideological, economic, cultural-social fields.

Recently, hostile forces have stepped up their "peaceful evolution" strategy with increasing intensity and increasingly sophisticated and cunning tactics against our country, in which Nghe An province is one of their key areas of fierce sabotage. Reactionary forces at home and abroad have directed the building of forces, with the core being the terrorist organization Viet Tan, colluding with extremist and dissident elements to attract, entice, and incite protests, aiming to complicate the political security situation.

In particular, they thoroughly took advantage of a number of complicated incidents that arose to incite and escalate them into hot spots. They called on foreign organizations and individuals for aid, called on countries to intervene in our country's internal affairs, sent diplomatic notes demanding the release of reactionary subjects who had been prosecuted and tried by authorities...

Currently, the political security situation and social order and safety in the province are guaranteed. However, due to the influence of the world and domestic situation, especially the plots and tricks of "peaceful evolution" activities in the ideological and cultural fields of hostile forces will continue to be more sophisticated and fierce, thus posing potential risks of complications in the coming time.

Faced with that situation, to contribute to preventing and smashing the plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces, Party committees at all levels need to strengthen propaganda work.raise awarenessfor cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to be vigilant against increasingly sophisticated and cunning plots and activities against the regime by hostile forces, in conjunction with the work of protecting internal politics, improving the quality of cadres at all levels, especially in ethnic minority and special areas. Regularly organize dialogue work, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people, mobilize the masses to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; direct political and social organizations to strengthen propaganda work, mobilize union members, association members and people of all walks of life to raise awareness of the workprotect the ideological foundation of the Party, fight against wrong and hostile views, create a solid people's security posture. In addition, it is necessary to continue investing in information technology infrastructure to meet the requirements of monitoring and preventing bad and toxic information, and effectively implement the Law on Cyber ​​Security in the whole province.

An effective and key measure to prevent the exploitation of sabotage by hostile forces is that Party committees and authorities at all levels need to strengthen leadership and state management in all areas, especially effectively implementing social security policies, policies for people with meritorious services, land management, environmental resources... promptly advising on handling arising issues and situations, creating consensus, social stability, ensuring social order and safety, political security, creating a favorable environment for socio-economic development in the whole province.
