Hot weather, highland commune in Nghe An is suffering from thirst
(Baonghean.vn) - For many years, in the mountainous area of western Nghe An, the shortage of domestic water has always recurred every summer. This year's hot weather has caused thirst to haunt many families in Huu Lap commune, Ky Son district.
