Russia carried out nearly 400 missile strikes on Ukraine in just one day
Russia carried out nearly 400 missile strikes on eastern Ukraine on November 20, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
Russia withdrew troops from the city of Kherson this month and moved some forces to reinforce positions in the Donbass region, including Donetsk and Lugansk.
Speaking via video, President Zelensky commented: "The fiercest battles are taking place in the Donetsk region. Although there were fewer attacks today due to bad weather, the number of Russian shelling is still extremely high."

"In the Lugansk region, we are advancing slowly. So far, there have been about 400 missile attacks in the East in one day," Mr. Zelensky said.
Russia has not yet commented on the information, but Tass quoted Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov as saying that Russian precision missile strikes destroyed two Ukrainian HIMARS rocket artillery systems in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). Russia also said that in the past 24 hours, its air defenses shot down six Ukrainian UAVs and two Olkha missiles./.
