Witnesses to the accident said that at the time, Mr. Pham Van Thanh (53 years old) in Hamlet 1, Quynh Thang Commune was driving a motorbike in the direction of Giat - Hoang Mai. When he reached Hamlet 17, Quynh Van Commune, he collided with a motorbike with license plate 37Z7-7522 driven by a woman. After the collision, Mr. Thanh fell into the middle of the road. At that moment, a truck with license plate 37S-5330 driven by Pham Van Minh (residing in Hamlet 17, Quynh Van Commune) crashed head-on, killing the victim on the spot and destroying the motorbike.

After the accident, Quynh Van Commune Police and Quynh Luu District Traffic Police quickly arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and clarify the cause of the accident.
