Russian President Vladimir Putin's special motorcade began moving from Da Nang airport to Nguyen Van Linh street at 7:15 p.m. on November 6.
Earlier, at 5:27 p.m., the Russian IL-76 medium- and long-range military transport aircraft landed at Da Nang airport in rainy weather that caused it to darken early.
Thus, it is likely that this flight carried a convoy of three cars that will serve Russian President Vladimir Putin during his attendance at the APEC Leaders' Meeting in Da Nang.

Putin's limousine is a Maybach S600 Pullman called The Guard. The armored vehicle weighs 5.1 tons and is worth about $1.56 million.
According to motor1.com, the price of an unarmored Pullman is only about 558,000 USD.
The Russian president's supercar is equipped with VR9 standard bulletproof coating for both the glass and the entire body of the car, allowing "The Guard" to run smoothly through a rain of rifle bullets.
The vehicle is also equipped with a bomb protection system according to Directive ERV 2010: if 15kg of TNT explodes within 2 meters, the vehicle is still safe.

According to Mercedes-Maybach, the structure of the car is specially designed to be able to "cross the war zone" but this safety feature does not affect the space and design inside the car. The car is equipped with a 6-liter V12 biturbo engine with 523 horsepower.
The Maybach S600 Pullman is also equipped with "the most powerful anti-missile protection available today", according to Mercedes-Maybach.
