Nghe An education sector awarded certificate of merit to student who returned gold bracelet to the person who lost it

On the morning of November 29, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province awarded a Certificate of Merit to Nguyen Van Cuu, a 6B student of Duc Son Secondary School, Anh Son district, for his good deed of finding lost property and returning it to its owner. Attending the awarding ceremony were comrade Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training; leaders of Anh Son district, along with the Board of Directors, teachers and students of Duc Son Secondary School.

On October 24, Nguyen Van Cuu, a 6B student at Duc Son Secondary School, picked up a gold bracelet and returned it to the person who lost it.

Previously, on October 24, Nguyen Van Cuu, a 6B student at Duc Son Secondary School, picked up a gold bracelet worth nearly 6 million VND at Duc Son Commune Stadium. After that, Cuu immediately reported to the school's Board of Directors to find the owner and return it.

After learning about a student looking for the person who dropped the gold bracelet, Ms. Bui Thi Thao, a staff member of Duc Son commune, went to Duc Son Secondary School to ask for the bracelet back. After explaining the incident and describing the characteristics of the bracelet, the school confirmed that Ms. Bui Thi Thao was the owner of the bracelet that Cuu picked up. At that moment, Cuu returned it to Ms. Thao in front of the teachers at the school.
