Nghe An Health Sector launched a fundraising campaign to support provinces affected by storm No. 3

Responding to the Appeal Letter of the Ministry of Health, Vietnam Medical Trade Union, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, on the afternoon of September 11, Nghe An Department of Health and Nghe An Health Trade Union organized a launching ceremony to raise donations to support people in the provinces to overcome the consequences.storm number 3.

Attending the launching ceremony were leaders of the Department of Health, Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union, leaders of medical units in the province, and civil servants of Nghe An Health Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of Nghe An Department of Health clearly stated the losses and damages caused bystorm number 3caused; appeal of the leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Nghe An province to support people in the northern provinces to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

The Director of the Department of Health called on all officials, civil servants, employees and workers of the Nghe An Health sector to promote the tradition of solidarity and the ethics of "mutual love and support", "the strong help the weak" to join hands to support at least 1 day's salary to help people in flood-affected areas overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

With the highest and fastest spirit of support, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa requested medical units in the province to urgently organize donations, support cash and in-kind to help people in the provinces overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. The donations and support must be completed before September 25, 2024. All support funds will be counted by the Health Sector Trade Union and transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province to contribute to overcoming the consequences of storms and floods.

At the launching ceremony, leaders of the Department of Health, the Health Trade Union, medical units and civil servants of Nghe An Department of Health donated and supported people in the provinces to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
