The North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) has strong northeast winds of level 7, sometimes level 8 at night, gusting to level 9, waves 3-5m high, rough seas.
The South China Sea (including the Truong Sa archipelago) has showers and thunderstorms; strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8; rough seas; waves 2-4m high; tornadoes are possible during thunderstorms.Disaster risk level: level 1.
