Job fair in Nghe An will open right after Tet At Ty, looking for more than 43,000 workers for industrial parks

The leader of the Management Board of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone said that the unit is coordinating with the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district and VSIP Nghe An Company Limited to organize "Job Fair Phase 1, 2025 between workers and businesses in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park".
The first phase of the job fair is expected to be held all day on February 8, 2025 (ie Saturday, January 11, year of the Snake). The venue is VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park (address: Hung Tay Commune, Hung Nguyen District, Nghe An Province). There are about 20 enterprises in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park participating in direct recruitment at this fair.
According to the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, through understanding the needs of businesses, in 2025, businesses in Nghe An (mainly FDI enterprises) will need to recruit over 43,000 workers with many job positions and attractive income levels, focusing mainly on industries and occupations such as: electricity, electronics, optics, machine manufacturing, garment, etc. On that basis, in 2025, the Board will connect and organize 3 job fairs and many other activities to support businesses in recruiting workers.
Organizing a job fair is one of the opportunities and favorable conditions for workers to fully grasp information about the labor market in industrial parks in Nghe An, especially in industrial parks: VSIP, WHA, Hoang Mai 1... At the fair, businesses directly transact and connect with workers to recruit workers according to their needs. Within the framework of the fair, businesses and workers are served free of charge.
The Southeast Economic Zone Management Board is coordinating with Vinh city, districts: Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Nam Dan, Thanh Chuong, Dien Chau, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Nghia Dan, Quy Hop and Thai Hoa town; students at universities, colleges, vocational schools in the province to widely promote the job fair event to workers.
The first Job Fair is one of the activities to implement Directive No. 33-CT/TU dated January 8, 2025 and Project No. 40-DA/TU dated January 2, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in connecting labor supply and demand, creating jobs, attracting workers for domestic enterprises and FDI enterprises in Nghe An province, period 2025 - 2030". Thereby, connecting labor supply and demand, creating jobs, attracting workers for enterprises in economic zones and industrial parks of Nghe An province.
For 3 consecutive years (from 2022 to 2024), Nghe An is in the top 10 of the country in attracting FDI capital. Accumulated to the end of 2024, Nghe An province has 169 valid FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 5.686 billion USD. Currently, there are many projects in operation, so a lot of workers are needed. This is a favorable opportunity for Nghe An workers to find jobs and income right in their hometown.
