October 15, 1923:Nguyen An Ninh read the speech "L'ideál de la Jeunesse Annamite" in French (often translated as "The Ambition of the Annamese Youth") at the Cochinchina Education Promotion Association, calling on the ideals of Vietnamese youth for the destiny of the country.
