At Nghe An Border Guard, after 5 years of implementation, the units have promoted their internal strength in building and managing standard, green, clean and beautiful barracks. In addition to the time performing tasks, during breaks and holidays, the units have mobilized soldiers to organize labor to build internal roads, clean, build, consolidate and renovate barracks.
