Nghe An: 248 citizens returning from South Korea complete centralized quarantine, return to home quarantine
(Baonghean.vn) - After completing 14 days of centralized medical isolation and having the third negative test result for SARS-CoV-2 virus, 248 citizens were allowed to return home.
Information from Nghe An Department of Health: This afternoon (May 1), 248 Vietnamese citizens returning from South Korea on the afternoon of April 17 completed 14 days of centralized medical quarantine in Nghe An. With the third negative test result for SARS-CoV-2 virus (on the 14th day), these 248 citizens were allowed to return home. Among the 248 citizens returning home this time, there are 30 children.

Previously, on April 14 and April 17, joining hands with the whole country to fight the epidemic, Nghe An province welcomed 472 citizens to quarantine to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic. These are Vietnamese citizens returning from Japan and South Korea under epidemic conditions.Covid - 19is becoming complicated with the number of infections tending to increase again.
Of these 472 citizens, Nghe An detected 4 cases returning from Japan infected with SARS-CoV-2 virus. Later, the Ministry of Health announced them as cases 2766, 2767, 2795 and 2898. All 4 patients were admitted to the Southwest Regional General Hospital for treatment.
On April 29, 220 citizens returned fromJapancompleted 14 days of centralized medical isolation and returned to his hometown. On April 30, patient number 2766 recovered from the disease and tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus 4 times in a row, so he was discharged from the hospital.
Thus, at this time, Nghe An only has 3 patients 2767, 2795 and 2898 being actively treated at the Southwest Regional General Hospital.
