Nghe An: 251/556 administrative violations
(Baonghean.vn) - In the first 9 months of 2017, the entire inspection sector conducted administrative inspections at 556 units, thereby discovering 251 units with violations with the amount of violations and recommended handling being 64,185.54 million VND.
Through inspection, the authorities also discovered violations and recommended handling 31,075m2 of land (of which, it was recommended to recover 10,450m2, and other recommendations were 20,625m2).
Currently, 13,147.52/17,792.18 million VND has been recovered to the budget, reaching 73.9%; 10,450m2/10,450m2 of land has been recovered, reaching 100%. Through the inspection, it has also recommended administrative handling of 27 organizations and 73 individuals with violations.

Post-inspection handling in general has had many changes, specifically in the first 9 months of 2017, 7,021.17/12,934.48 million VND were urged to be recovered from decisions and conclusions effective from 2016 and earlier.
However, the amount of money left over from 2016 and earlier is still large. According to the provincial inspectorate, the reason is that some businesses have dissolved or stopped operating; some businesses cannot find their addresses; some businesses deliberately delay, refuse to cooperate and sanctions are not strong enough to handle this case, leading to many difficulties in urging and handling recovery after inspection.
