Nghe An: 29 party organizations established in enterprises in 4 years

Up to now, the whole province has 11,120 enterprises operating in production and business, of which private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises account for 99.7%.

After 4 years of implementing Project 5155, the province has recruited 625 people into the Party and established 29 Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. Of these, 576 are Party members and 24 Party organizations are within the scope of the project for enterprises with 30 or more employees.

According to the assessment, the results of developing party members and party organizations in districts, cities and town committees have mostly not met the targets set out in the project.

The solutions proposed at the meeting were to strengthen solidarity with the grassroots, persevere in propaganda and mobilization work; continue to innovate the activities of grassroots party organizations in line with private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises...

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong requested that in the coming time, it is necessary to step up propaganda and mobilization work to recruit party members, union members, and youth union members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, in which it is necessary to promote the role and responsibility of the Standing Committees of district, city, and town Party Committees.

In addition, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted to continue to pay attention to, consolidate and promote the role of grassroots party organizations, trade unions and youth unions at established enterprises; mobilize the establishment of party cells, trade unions and youth unions in places where there are enough party members and union members.

At the same time, comrade Nguyen Van Thong directed to strengthen work, inspection and supervision at the grassroots level; there was close coordination between members of the steering committee to promptly remove difficulties.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also suggested that after the meeting, members of the steering committee review and grasp the current situation of business operations to have appropriate and synchronous solutions to effectively implement Project 5155 in the coming time.
