Ke Mui residential area has 337 households, with 1,399 people, of which ethnic minorities account for 96.2%. The people in the area mainly work in agriculture; the majority of households have access to clean water and safe electricity; economic, cultural and social life is increasingly developed, security and order are guaranteed and maintained. Average income reaches 59.197 million VND/person/year.

Promoting the tradition of being a cultural hamlet, over the years, Ke Mui hamlet has always maintained and improved cultural criteria, promoting the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas".

The hamlet's economy maintained a good growth rate; the rate of well-off and rich households increased; the rate of poor households decreased to 8.3%; in 2024-2025, the rate of cultural families reached over 95%. The implementation of grassroots democracy regulations was maintained in order, promoting the people's right to mastery and consensus.

Speaking with the cadres and people of Ke Mui hamlet, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department acknowledged, commended and congratulated the results that the cadres and people of Ke Mui hamlet have achieved in the past time.

At the same time, it is recommended that Ke Mui hamlet continue to promote the strength of the great solidarity bloc, effectively carry out the movement of the entire population registering to build civilized urban areas, and build creative and practical self-managed residential area models.

Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam also emphasized the need to preserve and promote the tradition of “remembering the source of water when drinking”, the spirit of “helping each other”, joining hands to care for the poor and vulnerable, and requested that localities continue to promote democracy at the grassroots level, resolutely say no to social evils; preserve and promote cultural identity, practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and traditional ceremonies.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam presented Ke Mui hamlet with 5 million VND in cash and gifts in kind; 10 gifts for 10 disadvantaged households, each worth 1 million VND and 1 warm blanket; and 15 bicycles for 15 poor students who have overcome difficulties.

Vingroup Corporation supported housing repair costs for disadvantaged households in Giai Xuan commune worth more than 1.4 billion VND; Vietnam Agriculture Joint Stock Company BAF presented Giai Xuan commune with 250 tons of cement worth 10,000,000 VND.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Giai Xuan commune awarded the Certificate of Cultural Village 2025 to Nuoc Xanh, Van Long and Van Xuan hamlets; commended typical cultural families, and collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

Giai Xuan Commune Fatherland Front presented 01 livelihood model worth 6 million VND in Ke Mui residential area and 6 gifts to households affected by storm No. 10; 6 gifts to households in difficult circumstances and 20 gifts to poor but excellent students.
