Nghe An: 790 traffic violations during 3-day holiday

According to the report of the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), during the 3 days of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday (from April 9-11), 3 incidents occurred in Nghe An province.accidenttraffic, killing 2 people, injuring 3 people.

During the 3-day holiday, the Traffic Police organized 295 patrols with 1,460 officers and soldiers participating. Thereby, 790 cases of administrative violations of traffic safety and order were detected and recorded.

Of these, 306 were car drivers and 483 were motorbike drivers. The authorities have detained 109 vehicles. They have issued decisions to fine 507 cases, and transferred the fine to the State Treasury of VND 544,345,000.

Among these, violationsThere were 33 cases of alcohol concentration, 170 cases of speeding, 11 cases of overloading, 30 cases of oversize, 160 cases of not wearing helmets, 97 cases of not having a driving license, etc.

This year, on the occasion of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, workers had a 3-day break (from April 9-11), the weather was cool, no rain, tourist attractions were officially open, operating again after more than 2 years of stagnation due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the number of vehicles participating in traffic increased, but there was no congestion in the area.
