The Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed to pilot the concurrent holding of the position of head or the merger of a number of Party committees and specialized agencies of the government, Party committees and the Fatherland Front with similar functions and tasks at the provincial and district levels in places with sufficient conditions, ensuring the implementation of the roadmap that localities have built in the project, specifically:

Piloting the head of the Party Committee's organization board to also be the head of the district-level internal affairs department in 9 localities: Vinh City, Dien Chau, Con Cuong, Yen Thanh, Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quynh Luu, Thanh Chuong, Nghi Loc.

Piloting the chairman of the Party Committee's inspection committee to be concurrently the district-level chief inspector in 9 localities: Vinh City, Dien Chau, Con Cuong, Yen Thanh, Que Phong, Quynh Luu, Thanh Chuong, Nghi Loc, Ky Son.

Agree to pilot the merger of the Office of the Town Party Committee and the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Cua Lo town; the Party Committee's organizing committee and the Department of Internal Affairs, the Party Committee's inspection committee and the district-level inspection department in the two localities of Cua Lo and Hoang Mai.

Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee

At the conference to review the Party building work in 2018 and deploy tasks for 2019 held on January 16, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Vo Thi Minh Sinh said that on January 8, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee heard a report on the results of the appraisal of the Project on reorganizing the apparatus, streamlining the payroll and restructuring the staff, civil servants and public employees of localities, agencies and units according to Resolution 6 of the 12th Central Committee.

Accordingly, the Provincial Party Standing Committee approved the projects of localities, agencies and units on principles, goals, task framework, solutions and concluded a number of other important specific contents, including the above pilot contents.

On February 13, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued an official dispatch announcing the approval of the project to reorganize the apparatus, streamline the payroll and restructure the staff, civil servants and public employees of localities, agencies and units./.
