Pursuant to Decision No. 1331/QD-TTg dated July 24, 2021 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Vietnam Youth Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030 and Decision No. 1113/QD-BNV dated October 17, 2021 of the Ministry of Home Affairs promulgating the Plan to implement the Vietnam Youth Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan 154/KH-UBND on implementing state management of Nghe An youth in 2022.
The purpose of the plan is to raise awareness and create positive changes in the implementation of state management tasks on youth, the Youth Development Program of provincial departments, branches, mass organizations, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns. Strengthen the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels in state management of youth in Nghe An province in 2022.

Continue to build the generationNghe An youthcomprehensive development, gradually forming a high-quality young human resource with stable education, career and employment. Creating a strong change in awareness of all levels, sectors and the whole society in the work of caring for and developing youth.
- Organize dissemination, propaganda, popularization and implementation of the Youth Law and documents on youth of the Central and provincial levels;
-Issuing Resolutions, programs and plans for youth development in Nghe An for the period 2021 - 2030;
- Organize a dialogue program between Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels and young people in 2022;
- Implement the settlement of subsidy regime for youth volunteers who have completed their missions in the resistance war according to Decision No. 40/2011/QD-TTg dated July 27, 2011 of the Prime Minister;
- Implementing the set of statistical indicators on Vietnamese youth;
- Implement Decree No. 140/2017/ND-CP dated December 5, 2017 of the Government on policies to attract and create resources from excellent graduates and young scientists; develop and implement policies to encourage training and attract highly qualified people to work in the province;
- Organize professional skills training courses for civil servants performing state management tasks on youth;
- Inspect and urge the implementation of state management tasks on youth in the province to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and authorities at all levels in implementing policies and laws on youth.
