Nghe An arrested a subject 3 times for transporting organs of unknown origin.

At 9:45 a.m. on May 2, on National Highway 7A, passing through block 5, Muong Xen town, Ky Son.

The working group of the Mobile Traffic Police Team of Ky Son District Police discovered a motorbike with license plate 37P1 - 024.20 running from Huu Kiem Commune to Muong Xen Town, driven by Nguyen Lam Ha, born in 1986, permanent resident of Hamlet 13, Thanh Ha Commune, Thanh Chuong District.

Currently residing in block 3 of Muong Xen town, Ky Son district, he was driving a box containing a black package. Suspected to contain contaminated food organs, the task force asked the driver to open it for inspection.

Nguyen Lam Ha was prosecuted by authorities three times for transporting dirty organs of unknown origin.

The total weight seized was 15kg of animal viscera and by-products that smelled and oozed black liquid.

Currently, Ky Son District Police have sent all the exhibits and violators to the People's Committee of Muong Xen town to handle according to regulations and destroy the above exhibits.

It is known that Nguyen Lam Ha has been administratively punished many times by Ky Son authorities for the same behavior mentioned above. Most recently, in mid-April 2019, Ha was also caught red-handed by the police for this behavior.
