Nghe An: Caught a group of young people using drugs in a karaoke bar

Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on April 28, 2021, Police 113 (under the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Nghe An Provincial Police) received a report from the public that at room 103 of Karaoke 72 Club (Hamlet 3, Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc District), a number of men and women were singing karaoke with signs of suspected drug use.

Police Force 113 coordinated with Nghi Loc District Police to conduct an administrative inspection. They discovered that in room 103 of the bar, there were 5 men and 3 women, including: Nguyen Thi Hoa (born in 1986, residing in Hamlet 2, Nghi An Commune); Phan Thi Linh (born in 1997, residing in Hamlet 5, Dai Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District); Ho Thi Yen (born in 1995, residing in Hai Giang 1 Block, Nghi Hai, Cua Lo Town); Nguyen Duc Linh (born in 1983), Vuong Dinh Sy (born in 1981), Nguyen Van Thien (born in 1986), Truong Xuan Tuan (born in 1993) and Bach Anh Quynh (born in 1981), all residing in Nghi Phong Commune, were singing karaoke.
Through inspection, the working group discovered 01 white ceramic plate, 01 plastic bag, 01 10,000 VND bill rolled up into a straw, 01 red gas lighter on the table (suspected tools used for smoking).drugke-form synthesis).

Through rapid testing, Truong Xuan Tuan, Vuong Dinh Sy, and Nguyen Duc Linh were found positive for synthetic drugs in the form of ketamine andadmitusing drugs while singing in room 103.
Currently, Nghi Loc District Police are consolidating records to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
