(Baonghean.vn) - The rectification document was issued right after incidents of violence among school-age children occurred in the province.
The Director of the Department of Education and Training has just issued Official Dispatch No. 618/SGD&DT - CTTT dated April 7 on strengthening measures to prevent and combat abuse,school violence, injuries, drowning for children and students in educational institutions.
Previously, the Department of Education and Training issued many documents directing the implementation of prevention of abuse, school violence, injury and drowning accidents and ensuring traffic safety and order in educational institutions in the province and in general, units have seriously implemented them.

However, recently in the districts of Anh Son, Yen Thanh, Tan Ky, Ky Son, Quynh Luu... there have been accidents, drowning, school violence causing many students and children to be injured and killed, causing heavy mental and material losses to students, families, schools and society.
To ensure school security and safety for children and students (collectively referred to as students), the Director of the Department requests the Head of the Department of Education and Training and Heads of educational institutions in the whole province to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement the directives of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Department of Education and Training on preventing and combating accidents, injuries, drowning, preventing abuse and school violence, ensuring traffic safety, security and safety at schools.

At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision of plan implementation, ensure security and safety for students, staff, teachers and employees in educational institutions.
The Director of the Department also requested that schools strictly implement the code of conduct; strengthen and promote the effectiveness of the Security Committee, the Psychological Counseling Team, and mass organizations to promptly detect conflicts among students in order to advise, prevent, and stop them in time, not allowing violent incidents inside and outside of school against students.

In particular, promote political ideology, ethics and lifestyle education for students through the online environment; thoroughly educate and remind students not to post videos and clips that may affect the security and safety of the school online; put an end to the situation where students have conflicts online leading to school violence...
In case of violations, the Department of Education and Training will downgrade or not consider emulation for the Department of Education and Training and affiliated units that do not seriously implement, causing many accidents, injuries, drownings, school violence, and child abuse to occur.
Since the beginning of April, in a very short period of time, there have been two cases of school violence by students between many schools in Tan Ky and Nghia Dan districts. After that, these cases were posted on social networks, causing anxiety and affecting the school education environment. At the end of March, a case of school violence occurred right in a school in Con Cuong district.
