Currently, at the end of the year, the demand for gasoline for people's travel, daily life and business production is increasing. In order to ensure the supply of gasoline to meet the needs of production, business and consumption in the area, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to seriously implement the following contents:
Department of Industry and Trade:Preside over and coordinate withMarket Management Department, The People's Committees of districts, cities and towns continue to strictly implement the instructions in Official Dispatch No. 3276/UBND-KT dated May 10, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee on ensuring supply and stabilizing the gasoline market in the province.
Direct key traders and petroleum distributors in the area to have plans to proactively supply petroleum to the market in the coming time; Maintain sales activities at petroleum retail stores in the enterprise's distribution system.

Strengthen inspection and strictly and promptly handle violations to prevent the suspension of sales without justifiable reasons; revoke the certificate of qualified gasoline retail stores for stores that violate regulations.

Continue to coordinate with functional forces to strengthen inspection and supervision of gasoline sales at gasoline retail stores in the area, not to allow the situation of stopping sales without legitimate reasons and approved by the Department of Industry and Trade, promptly detect and strictly handle violations.
Request units and localities to strictly implement the above contents. In the process of implementation, if there are any difficulties or problems, promptly report to the Department of Industry and Trade for synthesis, reporting and timely advice to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
