Nghe An: Industrial production index grows more than 10%

(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An's industrial production index in the first 6 months of 2022 increased compared to the same period in 2021. However, some key industrial products such as electronic components, fertilizers, animal feed, etc. decreased due to difficulties in raw material areas and local product consumption markets, etc.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade,industrial production indexincreased by 10.06% compared to the first 6 months of 2021, of which: Production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning increased by 24.5%; mining industry increased by 18.43%; processing and manufacturing industry increased by 8.33%; water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment activities increased by 2.75% over the same period.

Industrial production value in the first 6 months of 2022 reached about 41,625 billion VND, up 12.6% compared to 2021 and reaching 45% of the planned target.

Estimated products increased compared to the same period in 2021: Beer of all kinds: 71 million liters, up 21.70%; Hoa Sen steel sheets of all kinds: 647 thousand tons, up 28%; Cement: 5,531 thousand tons, up 20.12%; Garment: 43 million pieces, up 18.30%; Electricity production: 1,534 million kWh, up 16.16%,...

Some products decreased compared to the same period in 2021: Electronic components: 49.4 million units, down 21.17%; Animal feed: 71.4 thousand tons, down 9.09%; NPK fertilizer: 23 thousand tons, down 6.26%,...
