Accordingly, to ensure the safety of students and teachers in the face of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, all schools in Nghe An province will not organize the school opening on September 1, 2021.

In addition, this school year, schools will not hold separate opening ceremonies on the morning of September 5, 2021. Nghe An province will only hold the opening ceremony for the 2021-2022 school year at a single location at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and will be broadcast live on Nghe An Radio and Television Station.
According to the plan, the opening ceremony will last 30 minutes and the organizers will organize it in accordance with the regulations of Directive 16, ensuring the number of participants is spaced out according to regulations.
