The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision approving the enrollment plan for grade 10 high school in Nghe An province, school year 2021 - 2022.

Accordingly, this year the entrance examGrade 10The exam is scheduled to be held in early June on June 3 and 4, 2021. The exam will be held in 3 subjects: Math, Literature, Foreign Language (French or English). Of which, the written exam for Math and Literature (coefficient 2) and the Foreign Language exam will be in the form of objective multiple choice test (coefficient 1).
Entrance examPhan Boi Chau High School for the GiftedExpected to be held on June 6, 2021 (this schedule may change accordingly when the 2021 high school graduation exam schedule is available.
According to the approved plan this year, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted will enroll a maximum of 490 students. Of which, 385 students will be enrolled in 11 specialized classes and 70 students will be enrolled in 2 specialized classes in Natural Sciences and Foreign Languages. In addition, 1 class of students in the English specialized class will be directly admitted to implement the Foreign Language Project of the education sector.

Thus, this is the second consecutive year that Nghe An has organized the 10th grade exam with three subjects: Literature, Math, and Foreign Language instead of adding an optional subject like previous years. This creates convenience for candidates in the exam preparation process, especially at a time when the education sector still has to organize teaching and learning while preventing the Covid-19 epidemic.
