At the workshop, businesses listened to and exchanged useful knowledge, around the contents such as: firmly grasping data about customer sources; accurately measuring sales; building sales and customer care scenarios, helping to increase customer loyalty to the brand; how to build a marketing system to help sales staff sell anytime, anywhere.

Through this workshop, it also aims to support businesses in building their brands and connecting with the start-up project of the Provincial People's Committee according to the "Plan to support innovative start-ups in Nghe An province in the period 2017-2020".

At the workshop, speaker Nguyen Kim Cuong, an online marketing expert, suggested that businesses use the ECRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) software solution to manage customers. This tool helps businesses manage, market and take care of customers more easily.
