Nghe An won first prize at the Festival of young propaganda teams of 4 central provinces.
(Baonghean.vn) - With elaborate investment in both content and form, along with natural and humorous acting, the Young Propaganda Team from Ngoc Son Secondary School (Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province) won First Prize in the 2019 Young Propaganda Team Festival.
On the morning of October 30, at the Viet Duc Children's Cultural House (Vinh city, Nghe An), the Central Council of Young Pioneers coordinated with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to organize the 2019 Young Pioneers Propaganda Teams Festival with the theme "Preventing and fighting drowning in children".

Attending the Festival were more than 60 propagandists who were children from 6 best young propaganda teams from primary and secondary school teams of 4 provinces: Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Nghe An.
In the form of propaganda dramatization, the young propagandists have expressed their creativity in many different forms such as: drama, quizzes, poetry, folk songs, singing... The performances of this year's festival were invested elaborately and systematically in terms of content and form. Along with the natural, genuine and witty acting of the children, they clearly showed the characteristics of each locality and successfully conveyed many meaningful messages.

Speaking at the program, comrade Hoang Thi Tu Anh - Vice President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children said that this is a model that has been effectively implemented at the Young Pioneers' bases with the goal of communicating to raise awareness and responsibility of each family about the current situation and consequences of child drowning accidents. Along with that, strengthening and fostering skills to prevent and combat child drowning and the 2016 Children's Law.
Through the festival activities, children have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills, enhance communication, share experiences, and change their awareness and skills. More importantly, after the festival ends and they return to their hometown, each child will become an active messenger to convey the message to their peers to equip themselves with the necessary skills to protect themselves in emergency situations.

At the end of the competition, the Young Propaganda Team of Ngoc Son Secondary School (Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province) excellently won the first prize.
The two second prizes belonged to Xuan Phu Primary School Union (Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province) and Nam Ly Primary School No. 3 Union (Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province).

6 young propaganda teams participating in the Festival are from: Xuan Phu Primary School Union (Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province); Nam Ly Primary School No. 3 Union (Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province); Nguyen Trai Secondary School Union (Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province) and 3 teams from Nghe An province including: Ngoc Son Secondary School Union (Thanh Chuong district); Dien Yen 1 Primary School Union (Dien Chau district) and Viet Duc Children's Cultural House.
