(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW dated November 17, 2022, term XIII on continuing to promote industrialization and modernization of the country to 2030 and vision to 2045, the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just submitted a document on promulgating an action program to specify the above tasks.

The Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee emphasized that promoting industrialization is an objective necessity in the new situation, a central task of socio-economic development; identifying the development of processing and manufacturing industry as key, prioritizing the development of high-tech industries and supporting industries; promoting industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas, focusing on urban embellishment and urban structure towards modernity and sustainability, promoting the development of service industries, etc.

According to Submission No. 112-TTr/BCSĐ dated March 14, 2023, Nghe An aims to achieve an average GDP growth rate of 11-11.5% per year by 2030. GRDP structure: Agriculture, forestry and fishery account for 13.5-14%; construction industry accounts for 42-42.5%; services account for about 38.8%; GRDP per capita in 2030 strives to be higher than the national average at about 8,000 USD (current price); the proportion of agricultural workers in the total social workforce strives to be below 30%, workers in the industrial and service sectors account for over 70%; digital economy accounts for 30% of GRDP. By 2030, 100% of operating industrial parks and industrial clusters will have centralized wastewater treatment systems that meet environmental standards, with an average occupancy rate of 65-70% of the area...

Also according to the above document, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee said: Together with submitting the Project to the Prime Minister for approval,Southeast Economic Zone Expansionand renamed Nghe An Economic Zone with an area of 105,585 hectares, the province also devoted resources and called for and attracted investment to build a technical infrastructure system for 12 industrial parks outside the economic zone and 71 synchronous and modern industrial clusters.

Proposed solutions include strengtheningpropaganda work, raising awareness, renewing thinking about industrialization and modernization; building and perfecting the system of policies and mechanisms to promote industrialization and modernization; building advanced and modern industries, improving the capacity of the construction sector, accelerating the industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

Along with that, continue to restructure the service industry on the basis of science and technology, innovation; develop synchronous and modern infrastructure, promote rapid and sustainable urbanization; develop science and technology, innovation; strengthen training of high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization.

Along with stating the bases and orientations as the basis for building the action program, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the need to disseminate, thoroughly grasp and effectively and fully implement the spirit of Resolution 29/NQ-TW to the entire political system and party members and people of all walks of life. At the same time, concretize and fully implement the viewpoints, goals, targets, tasks and implementation solutions; closely follow the guiding viewpoints, major orientations and key tasks in the Resolution; organize implementation to complete the goal of industrialization and modernization, making Nghe An basically an industrial province by 2030.

The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized the necessity of issuing an Action Program to implement Resolution No. 29 of the 13th Central Executive Committee, submitting it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for consideration and approval./.
