Mr. Nguyen Van Hang - Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Target Program for New Rural Development in the province said: The reason why communes that met the standards in 2014 and the following years were proposed for support is for localities to upgrade construction works and improve the criteria for New Rural Development. Currently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have approved the plan, and an official document will be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
