Nghe An: The highest Tet bonus of the enterprise is nearly 43 million VND
(Baonghean.vn) - This year's Tet bonus in Nghe An has not changed much compared to previous years. However, there are still businesses with quite low Tet bonuses, only 300,000 VND/person.
The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just released statistical results on the 2019 Tet Bonus Plan after surveying 272 enterprises located in the area, including 26 single-member LLCs with 100% of charter capital held by the State, 44 enterprises with shares and capital contributions from the State, 150 private enterprises and 52 FDI enterprises.
Accordingly, in 2019, Tet bonuses of enterprises in Nghe An province did not fluctuate much compared to 2018; no enterprise gave Tet bonuses to employees in kind and enterprises paid bonuses mainly focused on Lunar New Year 2020.

Specifically, in the block of companies with State capital ownership, the highest bonus is 20 million VND/person, average 5.5 million VND/person, lowest is 400,000 VND/person.
For enterprises with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State, the highest bonus is 31 million VND/person;average 5.1 million VND/person, lowest is 400,000 VND/person.
The highest bonus in the private enterprise sector is 30 million VND, the average is 5.4 million VND/person, the lowest is 1.5 million VND/person.
