Nghe An innovates investment support policies in the Southeast Economic Zone

(Baonghean.vn) -Afternoon of June 20, dChaired by comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, this afternoon the Provincial People's Committee continued its regular June meeting. Attending the meeting were comrades Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of leaders of departments and branches.

Overview of the meeting

In the afternoon, members listened to reports on 5 contents: Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council amending and replacing Resolutions No. 182/2007, No. 262/2009 and No. 304/2009/NQ-HDND dated December 23, 2009 on a number of preferential policies and investment support in the Southeast Economic Zone on preferential policies and investment support in Nghe An province; Report assessing the implementation of Decision No. 4115/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee on the Project to improve the quality of implementing the one-stop, one-stop mechanism towards modernization at state administrative agencies of Nghe An province in the period 2014-2020; Project to establish the Provincial Cooperative Development Support Fund; Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council regulating criteria, scoring methods, and classifying communes according to the level of difficulty as a basis for developing plans and allocating annual capital to communes under Program 135. Draft Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on science and technology development in Nghe An province, period 2016-2020, vision to 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

In the afternoon, the meeting devoted much time for members to give their opinions on the Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council amending and replacing Resolutions No. 182/2007/NQ-HDND dated July 25, 2007, No. 262/2009/NQ-HDND dated July 23, 2009 and No. 304/2009/NQ-HDND dated December 23, 2009 on a number of preferential policies and investment support in the Southeast Economic Zone on preferential policies and investment support in Nghe An province. In which, the opinions focused on the level of support for each project scale; there should be policies for investors in posting advertising information on mass media. Members also gave many opinions on the current status of implementing the one-stop and one-stop mechanism in the province.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commented on the draft Resolution on investment support in Nghe An.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the Department of Planning and Investment to absorb 12 opinions to complete the draft and submit it to the upcoming People's Council.

Regarding the Project to improve the quality of implementing the one-stop mechanism and the inter-connected one-stop mechanism in the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that currently, many agencies under the Ministry have done a good job in administrative reform. Therefore, he requested that departments and branches contribute their opinions to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform in implementing the one-stop mechanism and the inter-connected one-stop mechanism at provincial agencies and units, then at district and commune levels. Hereby, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to develop a one-stop mechanism project to submit to the Provincial People's Committee this year.

Regarding the project to establish a Cooperative Fund, the Provincial People's Committee agreed and assigned the Cooperative Union to develop a plan for the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of a Fund to support the development of cooperatives in the coming time.
