Nghe An: Nearly 7,700 groups and individuals registered to support people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province has received more than 12.3 billion VND from units and individuals to support people in flood-affected areas to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
According to a quick report from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, as of 5:00 p.m. on October 12, nearly 7,700 groups and individuals had registered to support relief work through the provincial Relief Fund, with a budget of more than VND 20.6 billion.

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has received more than 12.3 billion VND in funding, of which more than 1.4 billion VND was donated in cash, more than 9 billion VND was transferred, and more than 2.3 billion VND was given directly to the people. In addition, localities and units registered to donate more than 8.2 billion VND.
Since October 2, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has allocated 34.6 billion VND in emergency support for local people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. In addition, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has connected and guided a number of sponsors to directly support and provide relief to people in damaged areas with materials such as instant noodles, mineral water, fresh milk, cooking oil, dry food and many other necessities.
