Nghe An won the collective A prize and 2 individual prizes at the National Ca Tru Festival.

The 2018 National Ca Tru Festival took place from November 1-5. At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 A prizes to outstanding groups (Hai Phong, Hanoi, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh), 10 B prizes to the remaining groups (Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Xuan Dinh Club (Hanoi), Hai Duong, Dinh Lang Viet Club (Hanoi), Bac Giang, Thai Binh, Hung Yen).

The Organizing Committee also awarded 18 A prizes and 18 B prizes to singers, actors and officials. In addition, 15 units participating in the Festival were also awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Nghe An delegation participated in the Festival with 8 compulsory performances and 3 talent performances. Accordingly, they won the A prize for the whole group; singer Cao Thi Bich Lam won the A prize for the singing talent competition; Nguyen Minh Tien won the B prize for the drum talent competition.

The 2018 National Ca Tru Festival has the participation of 15 art troupes and clubs from 13 provinces and cities across the country. Coming to the Festival, more than 300 artists and actors performed 88 acts in traditional performance spaces of Ca Tru art.
