Nghe An: Teacher carries bike, wades stream into village to call students to school
(Baonghean.vn) - In order for students to arrive at school on time, before the new school year 2018 - 2019, schools in Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts organized teachers to go to the villages to mobilize them. However, after storm No. 3, landslides and rising river water forced teachers to carry their vehicles and wade through streams to get to the villages.

Storm No. 3 has passed, however, the water level of rivers and streams is still high, making it very difficult for teachers to get to their villages. Many roads leading to Huoi Poc village (Nam Can commune) are submerged in water. Photo: Lo Tham |
