Nghe An: Support 10 million VND/ha of aquaculture damaged by natural disasters
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 04/2019 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 48/2017/QD-UBND dated June 5, 2017 regulating agricultural production support policies to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and epidemics in Nghe An province.

Accordingly, support for aquaculture and seafood farming, at Point b, Clause 3, Article 2 of Decision No. 48/2017/QD-UBND is amended and supplemented as follows:
For traditional fish farming areas, native fish species, if the damage is over 70%, will be supported with 10,000,000 VND/ha; damage from 30% - 70% will be supported with 7,000,000 VND/ha. For rice-fish farming areas, third-crop fish, if the damage is over 70%, will be supported with 7,100,000 VND; damage from 30% - 70% will be supported with 3,000,000 VND.
The subjects of application are farming households, aquaculture farmers, salt farmers, farm owners, family farms, cooperative groups, and production cooperatives in the fields of cultivation, forestry, animal husbandry, aquaculture, and salt production (hereinafter referred to as production households) that suffer direct damage due to natural disasters and epidemics.
