Unemployment insurance is a humane policy, aiming to support unemployed workers to stabilize their lives, increase opportunities to change careers, and find jobs.
However, in reality, there are still some employers who do not fully pay social insurance for their employees, making them ineligible for unemployment benefits as prescribed by law. Along with that, many employees do not clearly understand their obligations and rights when participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, so they do not promptly submit documents and procedures to apply for unemployment benefits.
