(Baonghean.vn) - According to this plan, Nghe An still maintains the form of online teaching combined with direct teaching to ensure the quality of teaching and learning in schools.

Department of Education and Traininghas just issued a document guiding the development of a teaching plan to respond to the Covid-19 epidemic for the 2021-2022 school year.

Accordingly, there are 3 teaching options in the context of localities implementing teaching measures according toDirective No.16, 15 and 19.

Specifically, for localities implementingDirective No.16Online teaching will be implemented. Particularly for mountainous districts, online teaching and assignment will be combined to ensure that all students can study.

For local implementationDirective 15, implementing a combination of direct and online teaching, in which direct teaching accounts for 50% of the content and duration. When teaching directly, schools divide classes to ensure safety in epidemic prevention.

When implementing Directive 15: Divide old class students into 2 classes (even class and odd class). Even class students study on even days (2, 4, 6); odd class students study on odd days (3, 5, 7).

For primary schools, schools with a large number of students and areas at high risk of infection need to combine dividing students into shifts; grades 1, 2, and 5 study in the morning; grades 3 and 4 study in the afternoon.

- Schools review and develop educational plans for implementation, including:

+ Content and duration for direct teaching;

+ Content and duration for online teaching;

+ Content and duration for students to self-study with guidance, content to encourage students to self-study.

The arrangement of online and in-person timetables must be appropriate for teachers to implement educational plans in a scientific manner. For urban areas and areas with favorable conditions, the duration of online teaching can be increased.

For local implementationDirective 19will conduct direct teaching, especially for schools with large students, high-risk areas, divide the classes into shifts to ensure safety in disease prevention and control. In addition, maintain at least 1 online class per week to support direct teaching and learning while improving online teaching and learning skills, and be ready to proactively convert direct teaching to online when the epidemic situation becomes complicated (except for schools in difficult areas).

Also according to this plan, Nghe An will organize a school festival for preschool children on Monday, October 4, 2021.

However, localities implementing Directive 16 and Directive 15 have not allowed children to go to school. For localities implementing Directive 19, children are only allowed to go to school in schools that have ensured safety; at the same time, schools must take care of and educate children to ensure Covid-19 prevention and control according to regulations.

Up to this point, many localities in Nghe An province have implemented in-person teaching. This morning, Cua Lo town and some schools in Quynh Luu district organized for students to return to school after more than 3 months of summer vacation and 2 weeks of online learning.
