On the morning of June 25, Nghe An Department of Health issued Document No. 2540 SYT-NVY "On screening, management, and testing for people who have been to/returned from Vinh City Wholesale Market" to the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of districts, cities, and towns; Provincial Center for Disease Control; Medical Centers of districts, cities, and towns; Public and non-public medical examination and treatment facilities.

The document clearly states: In recent days, Nghe An province has continuously recorded cases of Covid-19 infection related to the Wholesale Market (Vinh city)... To ensure safety in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the province, the Department of Health requests the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of districts, cities, towns and related units to implement the following contents:

If there are signs of fever, cough, difficulty breathing or symptoms of suspected Covid-19 infection, they must go to a medical facility for isolation, testing and timely treatment;
