The owner of the lemon tea shop used his car to block the entrance to Dr. Nam's house.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, Dr. Nam's house is located next to the lemon tea shop owned by Mr. Quyen and his son. According to the reflection, since its opening, this lemon tea shop has often used karaoke speakers to play excessive sound, causing anger to the people. They have repeatedly requested a solution and the climax was before Tet Canh Ty, Tan Ky town police and the town's cultural unit came to make a record, asking them to sign a commitment to comply with living in the residential area, playing music according to regulations and not letting vehicles encroach on the sidewalk.

However, this restaurant continues to violate.

On the 28th of Tet, while Dr. Nam was driving his car from the street into his house, the car of the lemon tea shop blocked the way, leading to a loud argument. A young man in the shop even held a weapon and threatened to beat Dr. Nam. The shop owner then used his car to block the way from the gate of Dr. Nam's house, preventing the whole family from going out and preventing guests from coming in to celebrate Tet.
