(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 17, districts, cities and towns in the province solemnly held military handover ceremonies. In the context of the extremely complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, all the venues performed "5K" well.
Quy Hop:
The District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of Quy Hop district solemnly held a farewell ceremony for 177 new soldiers to leave for the duty of protecting the Fatherland. Of these, 12 wererookieperform the duties of the People's Public Security.

Attending the military handover ceremony were comrades: Major General Pham The Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Military Council; Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Quoc Hung - Deputy Chief of Politics - Provincial Military Command and representatives of military units receiving soldiers.
In this military recruitment, with high determination and close direction from Party committees and authorities at all levels, Quy Hop district has completed the required quantity, meeting the assigned target. 100% of the new recruits are healthy, the input quality of this year's youth recruitment examination is quite even, including educational level and physical strength. 177This year's new recruits from Quy Hop district were handed over to Division 324, Military Region IV, Provincial Military Command, Nghe An Border Guard Command, Brigade 283 and Provincial Police.

Before leaving for military service, Quy Hop district organized a meeting and allocated the budget to give 177 gifts to 177 new recruits, each worth 500,000 VND. The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also gave 21 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND and Quy Hop district also gave 21 gifts worth 300,000 VND each to 21 new recruits from poor households. Along with that, localities in Quy Hop district also organized meetings, encouraged, visited and gave gifts to the new recruits.

During this period, Nghia Dan district had 152 new soldiers enlisting in the army, assigned to the following units: Division 324 (Military Region 4); General Department of Logistics (Ministry of National Defense); Nghe An Border Guard; Regiment 764 (Nghe An Provincial Military Command and Nghe An Provincial Police with 14 soldiers.

In 2022, Tuong Duong district was assigned to select 104 citizens to join the army, of which 92 citizens participated in military service, 12 citizens participated in police service. The citizens were assigned to train at the following units: Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command 12 citizens, Provincial Border Guard Command 15 citizens, Infantry Regiment 1 - Division 324 (Military Region 4) 65 citizens and Police 10 citizens, reaching 100% of the assigned target.

The new recruits selected to join the army are all young men with good health, strong political ideology, good moral qualities, and are ready to participate in training and strive in the military environment.
To successfully complete the target of selecting and calling young people to join the army, the Military Command of Tuong Duong district closely coordinated with departments, branches, and organizations to advise the District Military Service Council to follow the steps and procedures, ensuring democracy, objectivity, fairness, and compliance with the law in selecting and calling citizens to join the army, directing communes and towns to review the source and grasp the number of young people of military age so that the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army is in accordance with regulations.

In 2022, according to the target assigned by the superiors, Anh Son district has 123 outstanding young people leaving for the task of building and defending the Fatherland, of which 112 new recruits join the People's Army units, 11 new recruits perform their duty in the People's Public Security force. The number of new recruits is assigned to the following units: Regiment 3, Regiment 764, Provincial Border Guard and Provincial Public Security. The quality of young people recruited for military service this year is guaranteed to be good in terms of politics, health, cultural level and 100% are excited and enthusiastic to go on duty.

In 2022, Quynh Luu district has 263 young people joining the army in 5 military units; of which, Brigade 101 of the Navy has 120 young people, the Armored Command has 45 young people, Division 324 has 90 young people, Regiment 764, the Provincial Military Command has 4 young people, and the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard has 4 young people. 100% of citizens joining the army at the units meet the standards of health, cultural level, political qualities and 58 young people have attended a Party awareness training class. Notably, this year, Quynh Luu district has 50 citizens who voluntarily wrote applications to join the military service.

To encourage the new recruits to feel secure and excited to go on duty, at the military handover program, the district leaders met, presented gifts and congratulatory flowers; at the same time, they hoped that the new recruits would continuously study and practice revolutionary ethics, promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and strive to complete their tasks in the army well.

At this year's military enlistment ceremony, Dien Chau had 309 outstanding young men honored to enlist in the Army and join the People's Public Security in 5 units: the Navy, the Armored Corps, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the 764th Regiment, the Nghe An Military Command and the Nghe An Provincial Public Security, achieving 100% of the assigned target. Of these, 13 young men have university and college degrees and 50 young men have attended the Party admission training class before leaving for military service.

This time, Thai Hoa town has 71 young men joining the military service, 7 young men joining the people's police service, 7 young men on reserve, ensuring 100% of the assigned quota. The units receiving the soldiers include: Nghe An Border Guard, Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command, Training Center 334, General Department of Engineering, Nghe An Provincial Police. The young men are given priority for free Covid-19 screening tests before leaving for military service.

Along with localities across the country and the province, this morning, 175 outstanding young men in Nam Dan district excitedly left for military service in units of Military Region IV, Border Guard, Provincial Military Command and Provincial Police.
