Nghe An: Man crossing the street had his leg crushed by a container truck

(Baonghean.vn) - While crossing the street, due to lack of observation, a man driving a motorbike was hit head-on by a container truck, crushing one of his legs.

The above accident occurred at around 11am on September 4 at the intersection in Hamlet 13, Quynh Thach Commune, Quynh Luu District.

At that time, the motorbike with license plate 37H7 – 9479 was driven by a man around 50 years old, traveling from Vinh to Hanoi. When reaching the intersection in Hamlet 13, Quynh Thach Commune, the man suddenly crossed the road, due to lack of observation, he was hit head-on by a container truck with license plate 63R – 00162.

The man driving the motorbike had one leg crushed by the container truck's wheel, the motorbike was deformed, and the front of the container truck was slightly damaged.

Immediately after the accident, Quynh Thach commune police and Quynh Luu district traffic police arrived promptly, took the victim to the hospital for emergency treatment, regulated traffic, and handled the incident.
