As a veteran who had returned to her homeland after being demobilized, in 1981, Ms. Le Thi Lan fell in love and married Mr. Ho Van Hoan. With the bravery of Uncle Ho's soldiers who were not afraid of hardships, the couple started to develop the economy by investing in building a mechanical workshop to manufacture fuel-saving burners. The products were all sold well and consumed very strongly at that time. In 2004, Ms. Lan and Mr. Hoan continued to research and successfully produced a non-fired brick molding machine, which was recognized as a national-level scientific initiative.
After nearly 35 years of economic development, Lan and her husband have 2 workshops producing mechanical products and agricultural machinery, a stone powder production line, creating jobs for 80 workers with an income of 5-6 million VND/person/month.
