((Baonghean.vn) - 14 subjects were caught red-handed by the police for gambling at night, including 2 subjects with previous convictions for gambling and intentional injury. The incident caused a stir in the poor countryside of western Nghe An.
For a long time, in Nghia Mai commune (Nghia Dan), there have been a number of people who specialize in gambling. Because of the gambling problem, many families have fallen into a situation of "bad food, bad soup", leading to breakups. Some people open cafes as a front to organize gambling.
For example, the cafe of Doan Van Hong (born in 1969), residing in Hamlet 12, Nghia Mai Commune. Hong often organizes gambling from midnight to morning.
If they discover that the authorities are watching, the gamblers quickly disperse the evidence, then move to another location, or even into the forest, to continue “gambling” each other. Therefore, the process of ambushing and tracking to catch the gamblers in the act is quite difficult.
