Nghe An: Breaking up a case of trafficking 1,500 ecstasy pills
(Baonghean.vn) - The anti-drug crime police team (Vinh City Police) has just successfully broken up a case of buying and selling a large quantity of ecstasy.
On September 11, Vinh City Police said that on Nguyen Suu Street, Ha Huy Tap Ward (Vinh City), the Drug Crime Prevention Police Team successfully broke up Project 918L on illegal drug trafficking.

The authorities promptly arrested Hoang Tien Dung, born in 1967, residing in Tan Mai ward, Hoang Mai district (Hanoi). The evidence seized from Dung included 1,500 ecstasy pills weighing 500 grams and 2 mobile phones.
At the police station, Dung confessed to buying the above mentioned ecstasy from the northern border and bringing it into Vinh city for consumption.
While Dung was transporting drugs for a transaction, he was arrested by the Anti-Drug Police Team (Vinh City Police). Currently, the case is being further investigated by Vinh City Police.
