Directive 11 - CT/TU dated November 8, 2021 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on helping people with disabilities, requires Party committees and organizations at all levels to focus on raising awareness of responsibility in implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies on people with disabilities; Promote socialization of activities to help people with disabilities; Improve the quality and effectiveness of activities of organizations of people with disabilities, organizations for people with disabilities...

At the conference, Mr. Thai Khac Thu - Vice President of the Association for the Protection of Children's Rights and the Protection of the Disabled in Nghe An province shared: "People with disabilities need sharing, not pity. This is the desire of people with disabilities themselves."

During the Action Month for People with Disabilities this year, the Provincial Association for the Protection of Children's Rights and the Protection of People with Disabilities at all levels will focus on disseminating the Law on People with Disabilities, inspiring compassion, developing members at all levels of the association, reaching 5,000 individuals, organizations, and units to participate in the "Golden Lotus of Humanity of Nghe An" Association with a fund of 15-17 billion VND; Carrying out well activities to support livelihoods, give gifts, wheelchairs, charity houses, and great solidarity for people with disabilities in the area.
