At about 2:40 a.m. on August 17, at Km 424 in Dien Chau town, Dien Chau district, the working group of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station, under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An province, inspected a pickup truck with license plate 29H - 099.61, driven by Dinh Ngoc Giang (born in 1986), residing in Nghia Hung, Nam Dinh province, from South to North, carrying animal products (slaughtered pigs, including: head, feet, internal organs) in the back of the truck, with a quantity of 460 kg.no quarantine certificate to prove origin.

According to the driver's initial statement, the above products were transported from Quang Ngai province to Nam Dinh for consumption.
Currently, the working group has made an initial record and handed it over to Dien Chau Veterinary Station for handling according to regulations.
