On February 7, Nghe An Department of Health issued Official Dispatch No. 291/SYT-NVY on strengthening inspection and supervision of health examination work on the occasion of the New Year of the Cat 2023 to directors of public and non-public hospitals, medical centers with beds, and polyclinics in the province.

The document clearly states: After the Lunar New Year of Quy Mao 2023, the number of people having occupational health check-ups and health check-upsdriveincreased due to work demands. To ensure that occupational health examinations and driver health examinations are in accordance with regulations, the Director of the Department of Health requires directors of units that are declared eligible for health examinations and driver health examinations to strengthen their direction, inspection, supervision and take legal responsibility for all health examination activities at the unit.
Directors of units shall develop procedures and strictly manage the stamping and issuance of Health Certificates at the unit; establish a system to monitor and update daily the examination and issuance of Health Certificates to promptly detect the forgery of Health Certificates.

Units review all personnel registered for health examination. If there are any changes compared to the initial registration list, they are required to send an additional and updated list. Officers whose names are not on the registration list are not allowed to be examined or sign the Health Examination Certificate.
