Nghe An: Training on deploying notary database management software

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 15, the Department of Justice coordinated to organize a training course on how to use and exploit notary database management software for notary organizations in Nghe An province.

Previously, the People's Committee of Nghe An province approved the policy of synchronously building notarization and certification database software provided by Viettel Military Industry - Telecommunications Group - Nghe An Branch, operated under the service rental method, for notarization organizations, they pay by themselves according to the monthly subscription level, for state agencies, it is paid by the state budget.

The training program will take place over two days, December 15 and 16. Accordingly, notaries and professional staff of 33 notary offices in the province will be provided with information about: Access address and features, utilities of the software, data entry rules, how to use the software; notarization tasks, contract authentication...; Introduction to the secured transaction system with many outstanding features.
