Nghe An: Simultaneous inspection of revenue and expenditure at many schools
(Baonghean.vn) - In order to rectify the situation of revenue and expenditure at the beginning of the school year, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training will simultaneously organize many inspection teams to check the implementation of revenue collection at the beginning of the year.
Specifically, 4 inspection teams of the Department of Education and Training's revenue and expenditure will begin their inspections from September 26 to October 6. The main purpose is to inspect the implementation of the collection of fees at the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year; the management and use of revenue sources in the 2016-2017 school year.
The inspection will focus on units such as Vinh City, Quy Hop, Nghia Dan, Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Thai Hoa, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai, Yen Thanh, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong at all levels of education.

In parallel with the inspection team of the Department of Education and Training, on September 19, the Provincial People's Committee also issued Decision No. 4203/QD - UBND on the establishment of an interdisciplinary team to inspect the collection and disbursement of fund types and mobilize contributions at localities and school units in a number of areas.
Accordingly, starting from September 19, the interdisciplinary inspection team will be organized into two groups led by the Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and the Deputy Chief Inspector of the province to inspect a number of localities such as Vinh City, Nghi Loc, Nam Dan, Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Anh Son, Cua Lo Town, Hung Nguyen, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, Yen Thanh, Nghia Dan.

In addition, inspections will be conducted at a number of high schools such as Quynh Luu 2 High School, Phan Dang Luu High School, Nghi Loc 1 High School and Do Luong 3 High School. The province's inspection team is expected to last for 30 days.
The decision by the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team on the implementation of early-year collections is expected to rectify the current situation of over-collection and illegal collection in localities.
